This year we changed the format of our in-store events, and the feedback has been wonderful.

At each event we invited an expert travel operator into the store so they could hold appointments in the comfort of our new luxury travel lounge.

They focussed on a specific destination, and with the support of our best suited Peakes travel agent, they held one-to-one appointments with individual customers to take a deep dive in to travel options and itineraries.

This bespoke and focussed way of working with our trusted operators resulted in lots of amazing holidays being booked, which is wonderful.

We welcomed Inside Asia in February with a Japan event, Anzcro in March who focussed on Australia and New Zealand, and Distinctive Americas in April to talk all things South and Central America.

Thank you to all our customers who joined us for the events. We’ve received some wonderful feedback about how informative and helpful the events were.
