Peakes Travel, please can I just say thank you for employing such amazing staff. 

Sarah Cooper has excelled herself; she organised for us to go on a cruise. This has been quite a journey for my partner and I. Neither of us have ever done this before and due to the fact that my partner is a farmer, he has been difficult to work with. 

Six months ago I visited Sarah in the office, gave her potential time scales and she researched what our options could be and gave them to me to take home. She then organised for us both to visit and she very gently led him through a decision-making process, until he was able to decide what would be best for him. To be honest, when a decision was made, I cried and I think there was a tear in Sarah’s eye too. 

Sarah has been patient, and knowledgeable, with no question unanswered and there have been questions! She has maintained throughout telephone and email support, and an appointment to hand over tickets and final reassurance because I am a worrier, and she allowed for that. Also, her smile lights up her desk and never once did she make me feel thick for asking a question, and her excitement for us has been palpable. 

So thank you because I now have a partner who is for the first time taking a break, in a holiday that he feels totally confident in, and I hope it is the start of many more to come.  

Since I have come back from the cruise I do feel it has flicked some switch and I now feel retired and am able to to enjoy a variety of things in the day which previously I would have felt guilty about.
