What were your top 3 moments?

1. We visited one of the most picturesque towns in Greece. Lindos is well known for its clifftop Acropolis, which we climbed to see the castle of the knights, the temple of Athena and a stunning view over Paul’s Bay. We enjoyed a drink in one of the roof top terraces in Lindos and enjoyed the views overlooking the whitewashed town.

2. Our second visit was to the UNESCO world heritage site of Old Rhodes Town. We spent the afternoon/evening wondering round the 200 streets and alleyways, exploring all the history this medieval city had to offer.

3. On our last night in Rhodes, we enjoyed a wonderful Greek night in a traditional taverna called ‘Greek Spirit’. We listened to live music, joined in with the dancing and ended the night with plate smashing.

A reason to return?

I’m looking forward to going back to explore even more of the villages which we didn’t have chance to see, and to also take a boat trip to one of the other smaller islands nearby (Symi and Halki).
